Can you use Olaplex on keratin treated hair?

There are many misconceptions about Olaplex and keratin treated hair. Some people think that they do not go together because Olaplex will undo the work done by the keratin treatment.

For example, you may want to use Olaplex on your hair after a keratin treatment in order to retain the benefits of both products.

If you got a keratin treatment done yesterday, for example, these are some of the great advantages for your hair: hydrated, frizz-free and shiny.

Of course,I say “should” because the keratin treatment is sealed into the hair with high-temperature heat tools

So, if your hair was already really damaged before the keratin treatment, then excessive heat could end up further damaging it.

In that case, as your hair had been damaged from the treatment, I recommend visiting a professional hairdresser.

I am aware that you might buy Olaplex online and save a few dollars, but think about your hair health and how it has already suffered.
